Exchanges and Returns
If you want to exchange or return your order, our team is here to help you! You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to file your request, as provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
The request must be made through the e-mail pos.venda@iaviamentos.com.br. When writing the e-mail, put "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" in the subject field, in addition to informing the order number, CNPJ and reason for the exchange. Upon receiving our return, you will be informed of the procedures to be followed.
You can exchange your product for merchant credit, a different product or receive a refund according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Moda Brasil Aviamentos reserves the right not to accept the return of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer.
Discounted items are final sales and not exchangeable or refundable;
Returned items must be labeled and shipped in the original packaging;
Items returned must have no visible signs of wear or tear.

If the returned product complies with the conditions stated above, the exchange or refund of the value of the product will be made within 7 working days, according to the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
